These meditation classes are the heart of what we do.
The schedule repeats weekly. Feel free to drop in to any class that fits your schedule, whenever it works for you. All include guided meditation and practical instruction, and most include the chance to ask questions. No one is turned away for lack of funds. Please contact us to ask about financial accommodations.
All classes are held in person, and everyone is welcome. For monthly members only, select classes are also available by livestream (classes are noted below, or view the current list of livestream classes).
