Green Tara is a female Buddha whose name means "Rescuer." She is the embodiment of swift compassion. By relying upon her sincerely, she will protect, guide, and inspire us along our spiritual path.
Join us for a special evening of beautiful Buddhist prayers and Tara mantra chanting with special guest teacher and Buddhist nun, Gen Demo.
No previous experience is necessary, and absolutely everyone is welcome!
Optional: it is customary (but not required) to bring an offering of fresh (vegetarian) food, candy, flowers, candles, or non-alcholic beverage.
