Details
We all want to be happy all the time and never want to suffer, but it's often a struggle to find the lasting happiness and satisfaction we seek. Buddha taught that love is the great protector: it protects us and others from harmful actions and suffering, and a loving heart inspires us to treat others with consideration and kindness. However, our love is often mixed with attachment, which makes us possessive, anxious, and easily hurt.
During this special evening talk and guided meditation, Gen Demo will reveal Buddha’s wisdom teachings about how to discern the difference between love and attachment, and practical methods to weaken our attachment while improving our mind of love.
No previous experience is necessary, and absolutely everyone is welcome!
