Why do relationships that bring us delight one day make us feel miserable the next? The answer lies in our attitudes of love and attachment that we bring to our relationships. Attachment weakens us, and we give away the key to our happiness. Love strengthens us, and we take charge of our happiness.
In this talk you'll learn how to:
- distinguish between love and attachment in your mind
- start replacing attachment with authentic love
This special talk includes practical instruction, guided meditation, and time for questions. No previous experience is necessary; absolutely everyone is welcome!
