Foundation Program (FP) is an enrollment-based class that emphasizes gaining deeper understanding and experience of Buddhism through systematic and guided study, meditation, and discussion. We meet weekly on Tuesday evenings, 7-9pm (with breaks throughout the year); each Tuesday session includes guided meditation, chanted prayers, teachings, and discussion. We are currently studying the book, The New Eight Steps to Happiness: The Buddhist Way of Loving Kindness, a perfect guide to helping anyone transform life's challenges into inspiring, spiritual growth.

Although attendence at this sample class is free, we ask you to RSVP below. We welcome you to meet our wonderful FP student community!

For more information about this class, check out the Foundation Program main page.
