Healing Division & Conflict: Silent Meditation Retreat

Does it sometimes seem like our society is broken beyond repair? Come discover realistic and inspiring advice for our modern world within ancient Buddhist wisdom. In this retreat you'll learn how to heal conflict and division, create harmony in relationships at home and work, and establish the foundation for a healthy and safe society.

Suitable for both beginners and seasoned practitioners, each session will include practical instruction and guided meditation. We will observe silence during our brief breaks to enhance our meditative experience. Join us at the end for an informal Q&A and light refreshments.

No previous experience is necessary; absolutely everyone is welcome.

3:20 - 4:00pm: Teaching & Guided Meditation 2

4:20 - 5:00pm: Teaching & Guided Meditation 3

5pm: Informal Q&A with light refreshments (optional)
