Clear Sky Mind: Silent Meditation Retreat (Wicker Park)

During this guided afternoon retreat, you will 

• Discover the pure, clear, and limitless nature of your mind 
• Learn how to overcome mental busyness
• Deeply enjoy mental peace and happiness

We will be practicing a very special meditation called "clarity of mind" which has been used for centuries to develop the enormous capacity of our mind for peace, flexibility, concentration, wisdom, and bliss! Ultimately this meditation enables us to free our mind permanently from all inner pain so we can enjoy real inner freedom and lasting happiness.

Suitable for both beginners and seasoned practitioners, each session will include practical instruction and guided meditation. We will observe silence during our brief breaks to enhance our meditative experience. Join us at the end for an informal Q&A and light refreshments.

SCHEDULE

2:00 - 3:00pm: Teaching and Meditation Session 1

3:20 - 4:00pm: Teaching and Meditation Session 2

4:20 - 5:00pm: Teaching and Meditation Session 3

Informal Q&A with light refreshments will follow the retreat (optional)
