Developing Spiritual Confidence

Current Topic:

Developing Spiritual Confidence

According to Buddha, we all have an extraordinary spiritual potential: a natural capacity for lasting happiness, unconditional love, profound insight, and resilience. While traveling the spiritual path, it is also common to face a number of inner obstacles, like distraction and discouragement, which drain us of enthusiasm and confidence.

This series of classes will focus on how to develop spiritual confidence so that we can transcend our current obstacles, and practice with clarity and joyful energy. Each class will include guided meditations, practical instruction, and time for questions. No previous experience is necessary, and absolutely everyone is welcome!

A simultaneous Sunday morning class for kids is also available.
